In general, if you want to become better at playing chess (against humans), you’ll need to play against humans. lots of players on lichess will ask why they have a tactics rating of 1800 but a blitz rating of 1200 - the absolute numbers are not comparable, but improving one’s rating in tactics will probably mean increasing one’s rating in blitz as well). In general, ratings across sites/formats have very limited comparabality - ratings are good to show how good you are relative to the player pool and how you are progressing, but the absolute numbers don’t necessarily correspond (e.g. The ratings of the bots are probably pretty meaningless.
